A master image is a unique image file available at your remote file store (S3, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.). imglab will download and cache these master images when transformations are requested for them.

A transformation is the result of generating a derivative image using a master image available in a source. Image transformations are unlimited, so you can generate whatever number you need.

A source is a representation on imglab of a remote file store (Amazon S3, Azure Cloud Storage, Google Cloud Storage). If you want to connect one specific S3 bucket to imglab you will need one source.

You will be billed on the first day of the month for that month usage.

Every plan has a specific number of master images included. When the billing period starts, the master images counter is at zero.

Master images usage is only increased when the first transformation for a master image is requested inside the billing period. Additional transformations do not count.

Let's say you have 2,000 unique images in your application or service. Master images usage can be at most 2,000 every billing period.

For paid plans we will continue to render images beyond the limit as it is a soft limit (we know unexpected spikes happen). For free plans we will not render images when you are over the limit.

We will send you an email when you are close to the maximum image limit for your plan. If you consistently exceed the master image limit we will ask you to upgrade to a bigger plan.

You don't need to worry, we will never charge you for additional images beyond the limit of your plan.

Yes. Bandwidth is included in all plans. It's unlimited so it's perfect for apps or services that demand a lot of traffic.

You can cancel your plan at any moment. If you want to cancel your plan, please visit your dashboard account section, click on delete account, and follow the application instructions.
